It doesn't change the fact that the future prime minister, according to Hungarian law, cannot combine the functions of head of government with business activities. Therefore, he decided to entrust the duties of the company's director to his brother.
Statement by Brother Peter Magyar
Marton Magyar has also been the owner of the Znahl news portal since autumn 2024. He announced that he would take over new duties after the future Prime Minister of Hungary in a statement on his social media profile.

Marton Magyar emphasized that he intends to continue working as the founder of Controll Media, and his goal is to “build a dynamically developing Hungarian, independent media company.”
