Script by the former president of Ukraine. This is what should be done with Russia now

“We must be realistic – Putin never wanted peace, Putin never even allowed for a ceasefire. No one in the world wants the end of the war and the arrival of peace as much as we, Ukrainians. However, we must have a key tool for peace to come. It is not the negotiating group. Our main argument for ending the war is the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Their power, technological advancement, completeness and equipment,” Poroshenko said.
The former president of Ukraine emphasized that it is extremely important that his initiative was supported so that military taxes, including the military fee, would be allocated exclusively to supplies the Ukrainian army.
This will increase not only salaries, which have not been increased for four years, but also the technological advantage of the Ukrainian Armed Forces over the Russian ones. This will be the strongest motivation for Putin to end the war. And we won't have to convince Ushakov, Lavrov or Peskov to come back and sit at the negotiating table. They will have no other choice
– says Poroshenko.
He emphasized that he believes in the ability of Ukrainian forces to provide just such a response to Russia's desire to continue the war.
“I also believe in the effectiveness of coordinated actions by our partners. Then we will not be interested in whether Russia wants or does not want to continue peace talks,” Poroshenko believes.
He also expressed his belief that, above all, a complete and comprehensive ceasefire should be demanded from Russia.
“We should not discuss some mysterious fantasies of the Russians in the form of 28 points, which pass now through Witkoff, now through Dmitriev, now through Yermak. Our position is an unconditional, complete ceasefire. What we did in 2014-2015 when concluding the Minsk agreements. I am convinced that such logic, such a position will certainly be supported not only by European partners, not only by the United States of America, but also by China” – Poroshenko said.
The leader of “European Solidarity” noted that Putin needs the war because it is his way of survival.
On April 15, Petro Poroshenko stated that funds from the military fee should be used to index the salaries of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
