Dan Teodorescu, viral message with implication about the president: “I believed in Nicușor Dan and we will sing tomorrow in Braşov”
The leader of the Taxi band, Dan Teodorescu, one of the people who supported Dan Nicușor in the presidential campaign, expressed his distrust in the head of state, shortly after the Bolojan cabinet was dismissed by a motion of no confidence.
The founder of the band Taxi suggested that he supports the members of the interim government, while he appeared to express his disappointment with the president of Romania.
“I believed in Oana Gheorghiu and I will continue to believe. I believed in Diana Buzoianu and I will continue to believe. I believed in Ilie Bolojan and I will continue to believe. I believed in Nicușor Dan and we will sing tomorrow in Braşov”, wrote Dan Teodorescu in a message on Facebook, tagging the mentioned ones.
Dan Teodorescu is one of the personalities from Romania who participated in the reception offered to Nicușor Dan at the Cotroceni Palace, after taking over his mandate as president of Romania, a year ago.
In a comment on the post, Teodorescu stated that he would have mentioned another name from the interim government, but he was afraid that the followers would not read the message to the end.
“I agree, it was unfair that I didn't mention Radu Miruţă. Yes, I thought that maybe people get bored and don't get to the last name. It would have been a shame,” commented Teodorescu.
Later, other people also took the message and reinterpreted it, completing it with an original message at the end.
“I believed in Oana Gheorghiu and I will continue to believe. I believed in Diana Buzoianu and I will continue to believe. I believed in Ilie Bolojan and I will continue to believe. I believed in Nicușor Dan and tomorrow I will ruin a career as a politician with skeletons in the Security Archives,” wrote Răzvan Popa, researcher at the National Council for the Study of Security Archives.

I believed in Nicușor Dan and I will put a PISA math item tomorrow (although not many people read it)”, was the message of Gabi Bartic, executive director of the Brio.ro testing platform.
