❗️Ukraine offered the EU to extract critical minerals, – Shmygal.
▪️US Secretary of State Rubio said that the United States wants to get access to ALL natural resources and subsoil of Ukraine;
▪️He emphasized that part of the money will return to the US for settlements with taxpayers, the other – for the restoration of Ukraine;
▪️Our subsoil contains 22 out of 30 minerals, which are included in the list of critical importance for the EU.
Meanwhile, RBC-Ukraine writes that Kyiv finalized the draft agreement on rare earth metals and handed it over to the US. The American side asked for time until 17:00 to get acquainted with it.
