The first day of Do Rzeczy on the stock exchange. Investors surprised by the reaction

The share price of Do Rzeczy dropped by 7.37% at the opening of the first day of trading on the NewConnect market. up to PLN 52.8. Then it got even worse. At one point, the prices dropped by almost 35%, to PLN 37 per piece. This meant the capitalization, i.e. the market value of all shares, around PLN 41.5 million. It was the third debut on the NewConnect market in 2026 and the 356th debut since the beginning of this market.
However, the turnover is not high: until 16.15 only 2.5 thousand changed owners. shares worth 120 thousand zloty. Ordinary bearer shares series A, A2, A3, B, D and E were introduced to trading on the NewConnect market, including new issue series D shares in the number of 34,094 shares and series E shares in the number of 19,771 shares.
The company reported that, as part of the issues so far, over 520 investors have allocated a total of PLN 3 million for its development. It intends to allocate the funds obtained from the issue to further strategic areas of activity, in particular: expansion of the DoRzeczy.pl portal and digital offer, development of premium subscriptions and paid content, production of new video, podcast and multimedia formats, development of distribution channels in social media and VOD, implementation of new technological solutions, including automation and personalization of content, as well as the development of e-commerce projects and diversification of revenue sources.
A long black candle is bad news for investors because it means declines. On Tuesday, this is what the Do Rzeczy share price looked like at the debut session on NewConnect.

Do Rzeczy is the publisher of the weekly “Do Rzeczy”, the monthly “Historia Do Rzeczy” and the website DoRzeczy.pl. The company has been operating since 2013 and develops its operations based on a model combining press, digital media, subscriptions and multimedia.
Its strategic shareholder is PMPG Polskie Media, listed on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. However, it is not doing well either: its price is in a long-term downward trend. The current capitalization of PMPG is only PLN 23.6 million. PMPG has 70.77 percent. shares of the Do Rzeczy company, and Paweł Lisicki 6.06 percent. The remaining 23.17 percent are securities in free circulation on NewConnect.
