The customer of the Krasnoyarsk metro was obliged to restore excavated areas in the city center

The Arbitration Court of the Krasnoyarsk Territory ordered the Transport Logistics Center to restore amenities in several areas in the center of Krasnoyarsk. This is stated in the court decision.

The Department of Municipal Economy and Transport of the Krasnoyarsk Administration filed a lawsuit. The department demanded that the areas where excavation work had previously been carried out be cleaned up. We are talking about areas in the area of ​​Karl Marx, Weinbaum, Perenson, Dubrovinsky and Bograd streets. The court materials indicate that the deadline for carrying out work in these territories has already expired. For example, on Weinbaum Street, near the city administration, a huge pile of earth has already grown, twice the height of the construction fence.

Before going to court, the department sent claims to the customer, but the violations were not eliminated. Now the Transport Logistics Center must restore the improvement within three months after the court decision comes into force. The enterprise was also charged 50 thousand rubles to the federal budget.

Let us remind you that according to the original plans, the metro in Krasnoyarsk was supposed to be completed at the end of 2026. In February it became known that the deadlines were being moved to 2028.
