He raped a deaf and blind 89-year-old woman. A court in Denmark issued a judgment

The key evidence was semen found in the victim's diaper, which was linked to the accused with a very high probability. The man claimed that his DNA could have ended up there accidentally, but the court found it unreliable.

The victim was blind and deaf. She was attacked on her property, where the perpetrator allegedly grabbed her by the throat and took her outside. There was a rape, after which the woman was in a state of severe shock.

During the investigation, it was revealed that the man also had other disturbing behaviors. The police found photos of elderly, undressed people on his devices and recordings made without their knowledge. He was also found searching for sexual content about elderly people on the Internet. The accused pleaded not guilty and filed an appeal. The court sentenced him to four years' imprisonment.

The appeal will be heard by the Supreme Court of Denmark.
