A gas explosion in a Nizhny Tagil high-rise building occurred, preliminary, in an apartment on the first floor. People are still trapped under the rubble, eyewitnesses say.
So far, six people have been caught. These are four children, a man and a pensioner. There are many locals at the house – they are waiting for their loved ones to be reached. And they are trying their best to help.
