Poles do not trust their bosses. “It's an alarm signal”


By far the largest group, because more than a third of employees, has very low or even zero confidence in the activities of their company's management – says “Rz”.

The newspaper notes that the lack of trust can be seen on both sides, because there are employees in the minority that their company does not follow remotely working people. Such a picture of relations in Polish enterprises is shown by this year's edition of the Talent TENDS study of the recruitment company Michael Page, to which the journal reached.

– The fact that currently less than every fifth employee declares high or full confidence in the fact that the management will strive for balance between the company's needs and employees' interests is an alarm signal – believes Agnieszka Gołębiewska from MP, cited by “RZ”.
