Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky broke the news via Telegram, confirming that renovation teams had completed work on the Druzhba pipeline.
“Ukraine has completed repair work on the section of the Druzhba oil pipeline that was damaged by the Russian attack. The pipeline can resume operations“- Zelensky announced in a statement on Tuesday.
According to the head of state, Ukrainian engineers and technicians have performed the necessary work that allows for the safe launch of the bus. As he added: “Our specialists provided the basic conditions for restoring the operation of the pipeline system and devices”.
