A veteran of a special military operation from Krasnoyarsk, Konstantin Naumov, with the call sign “Umka,” shared the story of his service. His story was published by the Union of Veterans of the North Military District of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
From 2022 to 2025, Konstantin carried out combat missions in the Northern Military District zone. He was a private, a rifleman, a crew number and a gunner. By profession he is a carriage technician, but on the front line he became a paratrooper, a veteran of the Airborne Forces. The most difficult test during his three years of service, he said, was the loss of his comrades, whom he considered brothers.
For his courage and perseverance, the Krasnoyarsk resident was awarded the Order of Courage and the Airborne Forces Medal, as well as the medals of the airborne brotherhood – “95 years of the Airborne Forces” and the Airborne Forces veteran.
Now Konstantin works as a driver. He says he wants to be useful to people. In his free time he enjoys fishing, sports and cars, but most of all he values spending time with loved ones.
