The court convicted two more members of Malinovsky's gang for attacking two men near the Garage fitness center in Krasnoyarsk.

It has been established that A 25-year-old Krasnoyarsk resident, a member of the Yarikovsky criminal group of 25 members, received a message from one of the leaders asking him to come to a showdown on 8 March Street. The cause of the conflict is the correspondence of one of the victims on social networks with the wife of Malinovsky’s close associate, and his friend simply “fell into the hands.”

“In order not to appear on camera, the accomplices removed the registration numbers on their personal cars and also covered their faces with masks. One of the 13 attackers had brass knuckles with him, while others armed themselves with a knife to intimidate them. “On orders,” at one point they attacked two men leaving the gym with their fists and inflicted numerous blows on them all over their bodies,” the prosecutor’s office said.

The two defendants did not admit guilt, citing their non-involvement in the criminal group and the attack. Let us remind you that after the fight, one of them hid from investigations abroad for a long time, but at the request of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation he was extradited and taken into custody. The court found both defendants guilty of hooliganism (Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and sentenced one to 3 years in a general regime colony, and the other to 2 years of suspended imprisonment.
