The scammers forced a St. Petersburg resident to undress and stick papers with the coat of arms of Ukraine on himself

In the evening, on Rubinshtein Street, cameras captured a naked man running down the street with two phones in his hands and demanding “freedom for Kursk.” The police were called to the scene, but before they arrived, the poor fellow managed to grab him from passers-by.
It turned out that he fell for the threats of “Central Bank employees.” The scammers convinced the St. Petersburg resident to take out several loans and transfer the money to a “safe account”, after which they sent him out onto the street naked.
