A resident of Kuban kept his retarded adopted son on a chain for seven years
The boy was found on the outskirts of the village of Tenginskaya by local residents; he had a chain on his leg. In 2017, he was adopted by the director of the boarding school, Svetlana Morozova. In total, she took 6 children from the boarding school.
Sergei, Svetlana’s husband, abused the child; at the slightest irritation, he beat the child and chained him with his foot to the radiator using a chain. The family tried to justify themselves by saying that this was some kind of “game”, but the police did not believe them.
Sergei Morozov tried to deny the charges, but the court sentenced him to six years in a general regime colony. All adopted children were removed from the family. The man's wife continues to work as the director of the boarding school.
