Krasnoyarsk City Hall is suing two developers over unfulfilled agreements

14 April 10:20

The Krasnoyarsk mayor's office filed lawsuits against the developers “Fairytale City” and “Sibiryak”. The companies did not comply with the terms agreed upon with the city in September 2024, the city planning department said.

Under the terms of the agreement, the developers were required to transfer 81 apartments to the municipality for resettlement from dilapidated buildings and for orphans. In addition, “Fairytale City” promised to form and give to the city a site for a kindergarten for 270 places in the Tikhie Zori microdistrict. None of this was done.

“The administration has fulfilled its part of the agreement. There are no companies,” commented the deputy head of the city, head of the urban planning department, Alexander Navrodsky.

The Arbitration Court of the Krasnoyarsk Territory will sort out the situation.
