Viktor Orban publicly accepts his defeat: “It is painful for us / We will serve our nation in opposition”

Hungary's incumbent Prime Minister Viktor Orban gave a public speech in which he conceded defeat to Fidesz in Sunday's parliamentary elections.
“The election result is clear. It is painful for us,” Viktor Orban told his supporters in Budapest.
Orban said he congratulated his opponent, Peter Magyar, on his victory, but hinted that he would not give up his political career.
“We will serve our nation from the opposition. Our mission is clear so our job is to strengthen our communities,” Orban said.
The projection after processing more than 53% of the votes shows that Tisza will have 136 mandates out of 199. Fidesz would gather 56 mandates. the appearance of partial official results that seem to confirm the victory of his party, after 16 years of Viktor Orbán's rule.
