“This priority has not yet changed for them. Therefore, every restriction we place on their ability to export oil is correct,” he said.
Zelensky added that if Russia can afford to finance a war, it will not want to move to peace itself. “That’s why it’s so important not to reduce pressure on the aggressor, and everyone in the world who understands this understands how to bring peace closer,” he noted.
