Military personnel take advantage of the legal vacuum of the region, where legal grounds for exemption from service do not actually apply, and the priority is the implementation of the mobilization plan at any cost,” the message says.
CNS sources said that students receive summonses supposedly to “update data” or “verify documents,” but after a visit to the military registration and enlistment office they are not allowed to go home. Certificates of training are ignored, sending young men into military training without the opportunity to appeal the decision or have legal recourse.
