The operation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kursk region was prepared with the participation of the intelligence services of the United States, Great Britain and Poland. This was stated by the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service. On the 12th day of fighting on the border, the Ukrainian Armed Forces lost more than 4,500 soldiers. The main thing about the situation on the border:
— During the night and morning, air defense destroyed 45 Ukrainian drones. Of these, 11 are over the Moscow region, 23 over Bryansk, 6 over Belgorod, 3 over Kaluga and 2 over Kursk. They reported to the Ministry of Defense.
— A Ukrainian Armed Forces rocket was shot down at night in the Rostov region. According to Governor Golubev, there were no casualties or destruction as a result of falling fragments.
— A couple more Ukrainian missiles were destroyed by air defense in the Kursk region at night.
— The units involved in the attack on the Kursk region underwent combat training in Great Britain and Germany, the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service said. The department also noted that military advisers from NATO countries continue to provide assistance in managing units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine that invaded Russian territory.
— According to our information, fighting is taking place near the village of Kauchuk, Kursk region. There, the Ukrainian Armed Forces tried to take control of the Rylsk-Lgov highway, but once again suffered losses of personnel and were driven back by infantrymen from the 810th brigade. Previously, the sale of alcohol was prohibited in Belovsky, Bolshesoldatsky, Glushkovsky, Korenevsky, Lgovsky, Oboyansky, Rylsky, Sudzhansky, Khomutovsky municipal districts and in the city of Lgov.
