
Ukrainian culinary specialist of Colombian origin Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared a recipe for an unusual paska on Instagram.
“If you want something interesting this year, make paska-craffin. This is a very simple baked goods that anyone can use this recipe,” said Jimenez-Bravo.
Ingredients for the dough:
- milk – 200 ml;
- sugar – one tablespoon;
- yeast – 7 g dry or 21 g fresh;
- flour – one tablespoon.
Ingredients for the dough:
- one egg;
- two yolks;
- sugar – 100 g;
- a pinch of salt;
- butter – 80 g;
- vanilla flavoring;
- flour – 450–500 g.
Filling ingredients:
- raisins – 100 g;
- butter – 60 g.
Preparation
- Let's prepare the dough. Mix warm milk, sugar, yeast and flour. Cover with film and leave for 15–20 minutes in a warm place.
- Mix the dough. In a large bowl, combine the egg, yolks, sugar, salt, dough, melted butter, vanilla and flour. Knead soft elastic dough.
- Let the dough rise. Cover with film and leave in a warm place for an hour to an hour and a half.
- We form craffins. Divide the dough into parts (two or three), roll each into a thin layer, grease with oil, sprinkle with raisins and form as in the video (roll and roll into a spiral).
- Place the cruffins in the molds and leave for another 30 minutes in a warm place. Bake at +180°C for about 35 minutes.
