In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the director of an orphanage is suspected of fraud with fictitious employment of workers. This was reported to Sledkom.
According to investigators, from June 2025, the suspect, using her official position and acting for selfish reasons, fictitiously employed a woman she knew as a part-time nurse, who did not actually fulfill her job duties. The suspect appropriated the funds allocated to pay the employee in the period from June 2025 to February 2026 and disposed of them at her own discretion.
As a result of the illegal actions of the director of the orphanage, the budget of the Ministry of Education of the Krasnoyarsk Territory suffered damage in the amount of 440 thousand rubles.

A case was opened against the attacker under Part 3 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud committed by a person using his official position on a large scale). The suspect has been detained and the issue of choosing a preventive measure is being decided.
Currently, investigative actions are being carried out aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the crime committed.
