The law on the legalization of cannabis came into force in Ukraine
Since August 16, the country has allowed the circulation of marijuana for medical and industrial purposes, as well as
scientific and scientific-technical activities. Cannabis, its resin, extracts and tinctures are excluded from the list of especially dangerous substances.
Only legal entities are allowed to grow plants. Marijuana will be sold in pharmacies and can be purchased with a prescription for the treatment of oncology, PTSD and depression.
