This year, a major overhaul of two schools on the right bank of Krasnoyarsk will begin

In Krasnoyarsk, thanks to the Youth and Children national project, two more schools will be transformed. This is school No. 46, built in 1976 (Kirovsky district, Shchorsa St., 64) and school No. 62, built in 1957 (Sverdlovsk district, 60 Let Oktyabrya St., 21).
According to the mayor's office, a comprehensive renovation of the buildings is planned. The contractors, the Leader and Galikon companies, will tidy up the interior, replace window and door units, as well as utility networks. In addition, assembly and sports halls, canteens and catering units will be updated and provided with modern equipment. Schools will receive new educational and technological equipment. The areas will be landscaped and new sports grounds will appear.
Students will complete the current academic year in their own homes, and during the renovation they will continue their studies at other nearby institutions. Students of school No. 46 will be distributed as follows: grades 1-4 will go to lyceum No. 6, grades 5-6 – to school No. 55, grades 7-11 – to gymnasium No. 4. Students of school No. 62 will study at school No. 158.
“Public observers from among representatives of parent committees will monitor the progress of the repairs, and renovation news will be regularly reported in state public pages and school channels of the MAX messenger. The total budget for the overhaul of the two facilities will be more than 470 million rubles. It is expected that both schools will open their doors to students and teachers on September 1, 2027,” the education department said.
