The Krasnoyarsk Territory is preparing to hold the International Patriotic Action “Victory Dictation”, which will take place on April 24.
This year, more than 700 sites will open throughout the region. The sites will operate in schools, libraries, museums, and cultural institutions.
Organizers are also preparing unique venues. The United Russia party invited representatives of higher and secondary specialized educational institutions, including those under departmental subordination, institutions of Rosatom, Roshydromet, Russian Railways, Rosaviation, and Roscosmos organizations to participate in the dictation. The full list of sites will be available on the website of the dictationpobeda.rf campaign.
The dictation will begin at 16:00 simultaneously in all regions of the country. Participants will receive 25 questions and 45 minutes to answer. The winners will be able to win a trip to the Victory Parade on Red Square in Moscow. There will also be an opportunity to take the dictation online on the project website.
The party strives to constantly increase engagement, including by working on the texts of the tasks themselves, making them more interesting and educational. Experts from the Russian Historical Society and the Russian Military Historical Society will work on this, as before.
The eighth “Victory Dictation” will be held taking into account the celebration of the 130th anniversary of the legendary military leader, Marshal of the Soviet Union Georgy Zhukov. The test tasks will include questions dedicated to Georgy Konstantinovich, other Soviet military leaders, as well as anniversary dates falling in 2026. A separate block is about the subject of SVO.
To prepare for the “Victory Dictation”, United Russia launched the “Our Truth” neural network. Rostelecom provided technological support to the project. A digital assistant was created on the website of the international historical campaign dictationpobeda.rf. It allows any user to ask a question about the history of the Great Patriotic War in an understandable and convenient format and receive a verified answer based on reliable materials.
The international patriotic action of “United Russia” “Victory Dictation” in 2025 took place for the seventh time as part of the implementation of the people's program. It brought together 2.75 million participants, 97 countries joined the large-scale historical testing, and more than 21 thousand foreign participants wrote the test abroad. Over the seven years of the Victory Dictation, the number of action sites has increased 27 times, and the number of participants – 18 times.
In the Krasnoyarsk Territory in 2025, more than 21 thousand residents wrote the “Victory Dictation”. This is a record number of participants in the entire history of the event.
