Adam Glapiński in the crosshairs of public opinion. NBP arouses emotions

A survey conducted on March 13 and 14 by IBRiS on behalf of “Rzeczpospolita” revealed an almost equal division of opinions.

According to 44.3 percent respondents Adam Glapiński involves the NBP in politics and sides with Law and Justice and President Karol Nawrocki. 0.7 percent respondents indicated that the president of the central bank supports the ruling coalition and Prime Minister Donald Tusk.
In turn, 43.5 percent respondents assessed that under Glapiński's leadership, the NBP is an independent and apolitical institution.
The answer “I don't know” was chosen by 11.5 percent. survey participants.
KO and PiS voters have the opposite opinion about Glapiński
The results indicate a clear polarization of opinions according to respondents' political sympathies.
90 percent voters of the Civic Coalition, the Left, PSL and Poland 2050 decided that that the president of the NBP supports PiS and the president.

Opposition supporters presented a different position. 72 percent supporters of Law and Justice, Confederation and Razem assessed the head of the central bank as independent.
