There were about 170 workers in the building at the time of the fire. At least 10 people were killed and four more are considered missing.
According to the agency, 59 people were injured of varying severity.
Rescuers continue to search for the missing. The work was complicated by the risk of structural collapse, as well as the presence of approximately 200 kg of sodium in the building, which can pose a fire hazard.
According to authorities, search work began after experts confirmed the safety of access to the building. Rescuers plan to dismantle the structures to continue the search and get to the suspected victims.
