Everything happened at the end of last week, in a gym in Vaslui. Ionut Moșailov, known as “The Eagle”, and his friend, Alis Gentimir, tried to talk to a young woman who was training. Her refusal deeply displeased the two.

According to reports, the situation quickly degenerated. The two started insulting the athlete and even threatened her, which is why the police were called to the scene.

Court decision

The case immediately came before the Vaslui Court, and the magistrates accepted the young woman's request, ordering the issuance of protection orders.

According to Vremea Nouă, in the case of Ionuț Moșailov, the court established a period of two months, with the obligation to keep a distance from the victim:
“Issues this protective order for a period of 2 months, regarding the defendant MGI, in the sense that it orders: – obliging the defendant to keep a determined minimum distance of 50 meters from the victim, except in cases where the simultaneous presence of the parties before judicial bodies or other public authorities is required. Obliging the defendant to keep a determined minimum distance of 50 meters from the victim's residence, banning any contactincluding by phone or in any other way, with the victim”.

For Alis Gentimir, the measures are identical, but the duration of the protection order is longer, six months.

A history of aggressive behavior

The two are linked by an older friendship, which previously brought them to the attention of the authorities. In September 2024, they published two videos on TikTok in which they threatened the organizers of a concert performed by Adrian Minune, at the Noblesse guesthouse.

Dissatisfied with the way the event was conducted, they issued serious threats. In one of the clips, Alis Gentimir said:
“I called the sucker at the cool “give the money back to the people”. “What, you didn't listen to the music? You didn't hear…”. Didn't we hear? Wait, we'll give it to you, I'd put my p*** in you. If we don't put your c**t in the pool, sucker… We'll just put c**t in you too, and your daughter”.

After these videos surfaced, the venue's manager filed a complaint and the court issued a four-month protective order against Gentimir.

The decision at that time provided: “Admits in part the request made by the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Vaslui Court for the plaintiff… (data anonymized), contrary to the defendant…. Orders the issuance of the protection order against the defendant … for a period of 4 months, with the following measures: obliging the defendant to keep a minimum distance of 100 meters from the plaintiff, plus the indicated family members, and from the plaintiff's residence; obliging the defendant to keep a minimum distance of 25 meters from the victim's workplace; prohibiting any contact, including by phone, mail or in any other way, with the victim“.

In that case, Moshailov was not sanctioned, as he did not directly participate in the threats.

The new incident confirms a pattern of problematic behavior in the case of the two. This time, however, both were sanctioned by the court and forced to keep their distance from the person they verbally assaulted.
