Specialists from the Krasnoyarsk Rospotrebnadzor helped a resident of Achinsk return her money for a low-quality product.
The department’s press service said that the woman bought a motor block for a blender on the marketplace worth 1,816 rubles. However, even when using the device for the first time, a drawback was identified – the knife in the attachment did not spin, and after a while the unit began to smoke.
Chat correspondence with the seller about a refund for a low-quality product did not lead to anything. The seller refused to return the money. Then the victim turned to Rospotrebnadzor specialists for help.
Department employees advised the consumer and helped to file a claim for a refund.
After receiving the complaint, the woman was given her money back.
