An underground casino was discovered in Rostov colony No. 14, a criminal case has been initiated, the FSB reports.
The prisoners set up a casino in the colony of Novocherkassk. FSB officers raided an illegal gambling hall, searched the cells and found playing cards, chips, a mobile phone, SIM cards and other items used for gambling.
The organizer turned out to be a prisoner – he kept lists of players and recorded the results of the games. Twice a month he transferred money to bank accounts. According to media reports, the casino organizer is 30 years old and was sent to prison for 4 years for theft.
A criminal case has been opened due to the organization of gambling. The culprit faces imprisonment for up to 2 years.
