“Strawberry tiramisu. The first thing you should cook in the strawberry season. My favorite version of the classics is strawberry tiramisa. Without eggs and unnecessary complications – the same taste of summer, which is already on the threshold,” Matrokhina said.

Ingredients:

  • Mascarpone – 300 g;
  • cream 33% – 300 ml;
  • sugar powder – 80 g;
  • strawberries ~ 800 g;
  • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp. L.;
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp. L.;
  • Savoyardi ~ 200 g;
  • Pistachios – optional.

Cooking

  1. Strawberry sauce: part of strawberries (approximately 600 g) interrupt with a blender with sugar and lemon juice. It should turn out to be bright fragrant mashed potatoes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cold cream, masquearkone and powdered sugar until thickened.
  3. Dip the savoyardi into strawberry sauce and put the first layer in a deep shape.
  4. We spread the generous layer of cream on top, level it. Add fresh strawberries into pieces. Then again Savoyardi, moistened in the sauce, and cream. We decorate strawberries with pieces of strawberries, at will.
  5. Cool Tiramisu at least four hours (or better night).
