Recall that in May 2023, Bykov was found guilty of incitement to murder. According to the prosecution, in 2004 the businessman conceived the murder of the vice president of the regional boxing Federation Andrei Grabovsky due to personal hostile relations. He promised his friend to Alexander Zhivitsa (Bul) to pay 50 thousand dollars for the execution of the “order”. “Grabovsky really recovered 200 thousand rubles from Bykov as compensation for non -pecuniary damage for attempted murder, for which Bykov was convicted in 2023,” the Prosecutor's Office of the Krasnoyarsk Territory told reporters.
Initially, Grabovsky demanded to recover 30 million rubles from the businessman. A civil lawsuit was considered in the Oktyabrsky District Court of Krasnoyarsk. Grabovsky himself is now in a maximum security colony for organizing a custom -made murder of the former deputy head of the inter -district department for the disclosure of the murders of the Main Directorate of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Sergei Nazarov, which occurred in 2004.
Recall that now Anatoly Bykov is serving a sentence in the colony of Karelia. He was sentenced to 20 years in prison for organizing two murders and incitement to hiring murders.
