A resident of the city of Achinsk had to return money for an unfinished training course with the help of Rospotrebnadzor.
As the department said, the woman decided to take a two-day training beauty marathon “Your own makeup artist” from IP Grishenkova I. S. She made an advance payment of 3 thousand rubles and attended the first lesson in September 2024.
Inspired by the first day of training, she immediately paid the remaining 3 thousand rubles, but since the date for the second final lesson was not immediately set, she decided to go to it later.
It was only in November 2025 that she again approached the entrepreneur with an offer to complete her studies. However, according to the service provider, “time is up.” Therefore, the lesson was refused, as was the refund for this “overdue” day.
The victim turned to specialists from the Rospotrebnadzor Office, who advised her and helped her file a claim. After receiving the complaint, the entrepreneur returned the money spent on the course to the woman.
