In Krasnoyarsk, a 23-year-old resident of the Solnechny microdistrict is accused of fraud with the Honda Fit car
The regional police said that in May 2024, the woman leased the car from her friend with subsequent ransom. By oral agreement, she should have transferred 25 thousand rubles to a man on a card on the expense of payment for two years.
The first three months, Krasnoyarka regularly paid the required amount, but then she stopped doing it. When the next payment was not received, the victim tried to contact his friend, but her phone was unavailable. The man turned to the police and found out that his car already had another owner.
“The accused sold the vehicle for 940 thousand rubles. When the buyer was found, the attacker drew up a contract of sale, in which she forged the owner’s signature, and handed the new owner documents and car keys. The accused spent the money received on personal needs, ”law enforcement officers said.
In relation to an attacker from Sunny, a criminal case was opened under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code “Fraud”. The investigation is completed, soon the accused will appear before the trial. The maximum punishment that she threatens is 10 years in prison.
The car was seized and returned to the legal owner.
