In the first phase, Keita, who left the scene of the accident, received preventive detention for one monthbut the decision was changed by the court, which decided that he should be investigated at liberty.

Now, the situation can change again for the footballer from Giulești, after what prosecutors appealed and still demand that the player be arrested, according to golazo.ro.

Problems continue for Kader Keita, prosecutors have appealed the judges' decision

The footballer ran away from the scene of the accident and showed up at Costel Gâlcă's training, without announcing what he did. Later, he was identified by the police and detained for 24 hours.

He is now under judicial control for 60 days, during which he is not allowed to leave the country and must report to the police every time he is called.

The Ivorian midfielder is free for the moment, he can train, but it remains to be seen what will happen in the next few days and if the decision will be changed again, after the appeal made by the prosecutors, who do not agree with the judges' decision.

There are investigations, there will probably be a trial. The Romanian Police is in charge. We don't know more than what has been written about the victim. We tried to get in there, at the hospital, through the club, but we can't.

He was banned from leaving the country. That's about it. You realize now that he's not well mentally. We'll wait and see what happens with the victim. Then, when he's mentally fit again, he'll come back.

He was at the base today to talk to us and the players.
