Andrey Gulidin has been appointed General Director of T1 Innotech (part of the T1 IT holding), a company engaged in the development, delivery and support of IT solutions. Previously, he held the position of Deputy General Director of T1 Innotech for business development.
Andrey Gulidin has over 22 years of experience in software development. Worked his way up from a software testing engineer to leadership positions in leading domestic IT companies. Today, T1 Innotech employs over 16,000 employees, represented in more than 170 cities of the Russian Federation.
During his activity as Deputy General Director for Business Development at T1 Innotech, Andrey Gulidin implemented a strategy to form a partner network, as well as interact with key players in the country’s financial sector.
Under his leadership, a number of products that received recognition in the industry were brought to market: a comprehensive solution for managing the processes of financial organizations Finplatform T1, R.W.A. — a calculator for automating the calculation of risk-weighted assets, a platform for risk management, control procedures and auditing Oasis, a comparative analytics service for operational risk ORICS.
