Kozlovsky indicated that he returned the debt of 1.5 million UAH paid to Kondratyuk to his budget almost immediately.
“I can only thank Igor for everything – for that experience, for all the lessons that I learned in the process, for the ordeals that I had to go through. Honestly, I could have lost my way many times. I had to endure these 13 years, but I know for sure: all this time I followed the music. I did not change myself – and this is the most important thing for me,” the artist shared..
He added that he was not against continuing to communicate with the ex-producer after prolonged tension, but Kondratyuk “does not make contact.”
“Would I like it to be different? It’s not that I insist or have an internal need to prove something. I’m just open to normal human dialogue. By nature, I’m not vindictive. I have neither negativity nor aggression towards him. I worked through all this for myself a long time ago and let it go,” Kozlovsky said.
Context
Kozlovsky began collaborating with Kondratyuk after participating in the “Chance” project on the Inter TV channel in 2003. In 2012, Kozlovsky broke off relations with the producer.
On October 12, 2023, Kozlovsky stated that “Kondratyuk is taking away his military salary.” According to the artist, the debt arose due to the fact that after the termination of cooperation he performed songs the rights to which belonged to the ex-producer. “The consequence is lawsuits against me for copyright infringement. I have already paid 1 million UAH. Then new lawsuits came. Now another 2 million must be paid,” Kozlovsky said.
On October 23, Kozlovsky turned to the ex-producer with a proposal to “end their conflict humanly,” but he refused.
Kondratyuk said that the singer owed him approximately 1.5 million UAH. In response, the artist stated that by refusing negotiations, Kondratyuk wants to destroy him.
On May 6, 2025, Kondratyuk stated that Kozlovsky had paid the entire debt and received the rights to all his songs.
Kozlovsky commented on the event, noting that he was “free from Kondratyuk.” “As of today, all court cases are closed. All my old hits belong to me,” the artist wrote.
