In Krasnoyarsk, the commission on architectural and urban planning approved the appearance of the Vodnik multifunctional center, which will be built on Semafornaya street, 357.
The building will have two floors and a basement, with an elevator. Inside there will be a gym, a fitness and shaping room, a gym, locker rooms and showers, a conference room, a vestibule with a cloakroom and a foyer, a buffet, a trainer's room, a medical room and other premises.
“The architectural appearance of Vodnik combines static rectangular volumes of different heights with the dynamic plasticity of the facade and stained glass glazing. The planes of the facade are made in light gray and golden shades. Sports figures are used as decorative elements. In the evening, the design of the building will be complemented by decorative lighting,” they said in the telegram channel of the city hall “GradVestnik” and showed ddesign project.
Let us remind you that the construction of the Vodnik sports complex is a social obligation of the developer SK SibLider LLC. within the framework of the KRT agreement on Vavilova and Semafornaya streets. Also, according to the agreement, the company, at its own expense, resettles and demolishes 9 emergency barracks (5 have already been demolished, 145 people have been resettled), transfers to the municipality two premises for kindergartens, partially reconstructs Vuzovsky Lane, updates engineering networks in the areas, builds driveways and parking lots, and improves the spaces.
