A new entity has been added to the list of public warnings of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority: Mobilna Polska Banku SA – mpbo2.pl – the Polish Financial Supervision Authority announced on Thursday.

“On February 19, 2026, a new entity was entered on the list of public warnings of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority: Mobilna Polska Banku SA – mpbo2.pl,” the Polish Financial Supervision Authority announced in a statement.

According to her, the KNF Office sent a notification to the Lublin-Północ District Prosecutor's Office under Art. 171 section 2 of the Banking Law.

The warning list maintained by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority is a set of entities in relation to which the Commission reports a suspicion of committing a crime. The purpose of the list of public warnings is to alert the public and business entities about the need to be more careful when dealing with these entities.
