An officer of the Russian Armed Forces was killed in the Solnechnogorsk district of the Moscow region – with three shots into the side window of his crossover. Less than a week ago, the deceased returned from the Northern Military District zone.
It all happened today around 9 am in the village of Melenki. An unknown person shot at least three times through the door window of a car driven by local 44-year-old Nikita K. The driver fell dead on the steering wheel, and the car continued driving and crashed into the fence of the house.
Experts are on site and an investigation is underway. A criminal case has been opened for murder and illegal weapons trafficking. The investigation is under the control of the Moscow Region prosecutor's office.
