The Krasnoyarsk regional hospital updated the menu at the request of patients

In the Krasnoyarsk Regional Clinical Hospital, the diet was changed, focusing on the wishes of patients. This was reported in the press service of the institution.
The menu added cauliflower and noodle soup, potato casserole with meat, pink salmon and beef liver soufflé, as well as steamed chicken and boiled beef. The next update of the diet is planned for June – then seasonal vegetables will be added.
As nutritionist Ilya Yushkov said, feedback in the hospital is collected regularly through questionnaires and QR codes in the departments. Up to a thousand people participate in surveys. All wishes are taken into account, but strictly within the framework of treatment tables.

About 1,300 patients in 46 departments receive meals every day. The diet for each person is selected individually depending on the assigned treatment table. Some people need less salt or sugar, others need a reduced calorie content or an increased protein diet.
Previously, the hospital conducted a large-scale survey. The average satisfaction with the quality of food was then 98 percent. In the reviews, patients thanked the cooks and noted that they don’t eat so varied at home. Some asked to add fresh vegetables, fruits and a little more salt – these requests were taken into account when possible when updating the menu.
