I used to brag about how little sleep I got. This seemed like a superpower to me: I could sleep three or four hours a night and still function at a very high level.
This helped me move forward quickly. As a teenager, I cleaned tables and sold firewood. When I was 19, I bought a house (which was possible in the days of subprime loans). Having a mortgage gave me real responsibility at a young age.
It also made me think about my career. I couldn't believe how much my real estate agent made on this transaction. Her commission amounted to approximately PLN 13,000. hole. — which seemed like a million to me at the time — and I didn't think she did a very good job. I realized that if I worked well in the real estate industry, I could earn even more.

I was successful in real estate and created software that grew rapidly
I dropped out of college to enter the real estate industry. During the financial crisis, I found a niche helping banks sell foreclosed properties. In 2006 and 2007, I oversaw approximately 1,000 home sales per year and managed three times that number of properties.
I worked 14 hours a day, seven days a week. It wasn't a good life, but I was young enough to not care. I fueled myself on energy drinks and accepted that work was my life.
To scale my business, I created software to track transactions in my company. Other brokerages started asking what I used and soon I had clients paying up to PLN 5,000. hole. per month for using this system.
I was in the right place, at the right time, with the right product when real estate transactions began to move to the digital world. Until 2012 this software, SkySlope, generated USD 12 million. annual revenue. In 2017, Fidelity bought a majority stake invaluing the company at over USD 80 million.
I wanted to focus on my passion: health
This deal meant I had enough money to never work again. However, I am a person who needs to build, so I decided to use my financial freedom to focus on something that makes sense – a business with a mission.
When I was 39, my wife and I were trying to have a baby. I took a biological age test which showed that I was 47 biologically. This stopped me because my father died suddenly of a heart attack at the age of 47.
The test showed me that what I told myself wasn't true. I exercised and ate relatively healthily. I looked fit, but the data showed that what was happening on the inside of my body didn't match what was happening on the outside.

I spent over a million dollars building a home wellness center
When I saw this data, I couldn't ignore it. I spent well over six figures hiring a top-notch medical team. My wife and I rented a premises with an area of approximately 185 square meters in Sacramento, which we transformed into our private wellness center. There were intravenous infusions, a hyperbaric chamber, a red light bed, cold water baths, massagers – basically everything you could imagine in the world of health and fitness.
We were building a house in Napa and wanted to know what equipment we would actually use. We spent approximately PLN 700,000 on furnishing the space in Sacramento. dollars, and ultimately over a million dollars to build a wellness center in our house.
Today, I use the red light bed, oxygen therapy, and cold water baths almost every day. Other therapies — such as massagers and bicycles — did not make the final selection. I love the effects of a hyperbaric chamber, but I don't like lying in it for an hour, so I don't use it regularly for now.
I want to help others gain better access to health information
I changed everything about my approach to health and fitness, and as a result, my whole life changed: my muscle mass and energy levels skyrocketed and my mood improved. I felt better than ever, and my friends started to notice.
I know not everyone has the money and access I have. Most people today have more data about their health than ever before thanks to smart watches and wearable devices, but they don't have a team of doctors to help them use this information.
I founded Hundred Health not only to provide data, but also to offer a personalized action plan based on that data. I used to think that wealth brought freedom, but now I know that health brings freedom – and I would like to help more people gain access to it.
