A new Deputy Prime Minister of the Krasnoyarsk Territory has been appointed

Roman Odintsov was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

The corresponding order was signed by the regional governor Mikhail Kotyukov on February 16.

“This appointment is aimed at implementing the tasks set by the President of Russia. The head of state instructed in each region, determine the person responsible for coordinating work on staffing sectors of the economy and social sphere and adapting the labor market to technological changes,” explained the governor’s press service.

Taking into account the scale and features of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Mikhail Kotyukov set the new Deputy Prime Minister the task of building systematic interaction with large employers. “Resolving their personnel issues should be the focus of attention of the region and our educational institutions,” he emphasized.

In addition, in his new position, Roman Valerievich will coordinate the preparation of Krasnoyarsk for the 400th anniversary, since in the last few years he has been involved in the development of the city and was directly involved in the formation and implementation of part of the event plan for the anniversary.

Odintsov is 50 years old and was born in Vladivostok. In 1999 he graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Krasnoyarsk State University with a degree in finance and credit. He worked in the banking sector, commercial organizations, and held positions in structures at the municipal, regional and federal levels. In 2020 Odintsov was appointed Deputy Head of Krasnoyarsk – Head of the Finance Department, and from September 2025, Acting Head of the City.
