What does Article 54 refer to?
“If the spectators display inscriptions containing discriminatory/derogatory/racist/xenophobic slogans or are guilty of other such behavior at a game, the jurisdictional body will apply a sanction from 5,000 to 70,000 lei to the club that the respective spectators supported.
Sanctions applied on the basis of this article may be reduced or even canceled if the player or club in question proves that there was no or minimal culpability on his part in committing the offense or if other serious reasons justify it, such as, in particular, the offenses which were intentionally provoked to cause the player or club to be sanctioned under this article. The procedure for evaluating mitigating circumstances will be the one provided by this regulation”, according to frf.ro.
