Krasnoyarsk Somnologist Irina Raginena told how to make an ideal place for sleeping from the bedroom. The video was published in the Office of Rospotrebnadzor.

Firstly, in the bedroom you need to hang blackout curtains. They have light protection up to 95-100 %. This is necessary because the cities are highly lit by lanterns and lights. The light turned off in the room does not guarantee that it will be dark.

Secondly, the room needs to be ventilated 20-30 minutes before bedtime, regardless of the time of year and weather. Ideally, the temperature in the bedroom should be 21-22 degrees. Those who are freezing, a dumplings recommended sleeping in socks.
