I prepare dinner from white fish in 15 minutes and sleep peacefully – tender, tasty and without heaviness until the morning

One of the easiest and at the same time satisfying dinners for those who are watching their figure and don’t want to go to bed with a feeling of heaviness in their stomach is baked white fish with seasonal vegetables. It cooks quickly, contains easily digestible protein and fiber, and children eat it with pleasure, especially if served with lemon or yogurt sauce.

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

White fish fillet – 300 g
Zucchini or zucchini – 1 pc.
Cherry tomatoes – 6–8 pcs.
Lemon – 2-3 thin slices
Olive oil – 1 tbsp. spoon
Salt, black pepper, dried thyme or dill – to taste
Fresh herbs – for serving

Preparation:

  • Cut the fish into portions.
  • Zucchini slices, tomatoes in half.
  • In a bowl, toss vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper and herbs.
  • Place the vegetables on a baking sheet and the fish on top. Sprinkle everything with a pinch of thyme and place lemon slices directly on the fish.
  • Bake in the oven at 190°C for 12-15 minutes until the fish is tender and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.

This dinner is digested in 1.5–2 hours, does not cause bloating and does not interfere with deep sleep. It gives a feeling of slight satiety, supports muscles and does not burden digestion. Ideal for the evening, especially paired with herbal tea or warm water with lemon.
