In total, six Brunei first-team players came to the match with Russia. The rest were unable to obtain paperwork at home.
As head coach Vinicius Eutopio (in the video on the left) told Kub Mash, the team prepared for the meeting with ours for just a couple of days. Almost all the players were called up from the youth team. Some took a long time to complete the paperwork before leaving. The mentor himself is from Brazil – he says that the Russian style is similar to the South American one and for Brunei this is a very valuable experience, but it will be difficult.
The match will take place the day after tomorrow in Krasnodar. There are still tickets available.
