In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, in 2026, more than 290 million rubles will be allocated for the construction and repair of hydraulic structures, as well as cleaning the Ambarnaya River. Funds for these purposes will be allocated from the regional and federal budgets, including through the national project “Ecological Well-Being”.
The regional Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry said that in the Kuraginsky municipal district two water protection dams on the Tuba River in the village of Kuragino and the village of Kochergino will be repaired. Also in the Ermakovsky municipal district, construction of bank protection on the Oya River in the villages of Zheblakhty and Ermakovskoye will begin on a 2.5-kilometer section.

“Our region demonstrates an integrated approach to solving problems related to water resources: from large-scale projects to restore polluted rivers to the active involvement of citizens in environmental actions. The implementation of federal and regional programs not only improves the environmental situation, but also directly contributes to improving the quality of life, safety and the formation of a responsible attitude towards the natural resources of the region,” noted First Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Forestry of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Alexey Bolshakov.
In addition, the region will continue to work to reduce ownerless hydraulic structures, transfer them into the ownership of municipalities for further safe operation and protect the population from flooding, bank destruction and other negative impacts of water.
In 2026, almost 800 kilometers of coastlines will be cleared of garbage in the region. The first general cleaning will take place in April in the south of the region.
