Why did the court decide to arrest Ziobro?
“The court fully agreed with the arguments contained in the application, finding that there is a general condition for applying preventive measures in the form of a high probability of committing the charged acts by the suspect,” prosecutor Woźniak told journalists on Thursday.
He added that the court also found the specific grounds for detention to be justified, i.e. the suspect's fear of hiding, the risk of procedural fraud and the real threat of a severe penalty being imposed. He also said that the arrest was imposed for a period of three months.
