Alexandru Băluță (32 years old), free of contract after breaking up with Los Angeles FC of MLS, found his team and signed with Bolusporfrom the second tier of Turkey. The team occupies the 8th place in the ranking, just one point away from the 7th place, the first that leads to the play-off for promotion.

The former footballer from FCSB lasted only three months at Los Angeles FC. Released by the red-blues, Băluță was announced as a player for the Americans on August 26, signing a short-term contract until December 31, with the Americans then deciding whether to offer him a one-year extension. After only three months and 14 minutes in the jersey of the MLS team, Băluță became free of contract again.

Close to CFR Cluj before signing in Turkey

Less than two weeks ago, Băluță said that he was very close to signing with CFR Cluj. The player admitted that, during the break between FCSB and LAFC, he also held negotiations with Petrolul, Dinamo and U Cluj, but nothing materialized, which is why he chose to continue his career abroad.

Quoted at 500,000 euros by Transfermarkt, Băluță also played for teams such as Viitorul, Puskas Akademia, Slavia Praga or Slovan Liberec.
