I spread the cottage cheese on the store-bought dough and put it in the oven: the result is amazing puff pastries for breakfast

If you love to please your family with delicious breakfasts, but you are already tired of standing at the stove every morning, then we suggest switching to the simplest recipes. For example, there is no need to bother with flour when you can buy dough. The simplest yeast-free puff pastry will do – you can use it to make amazingly tasty puff pastries with cottage cheese.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese – 250 g;
  • egg – 1 pc.;
  • sugar – 2-3 tbsp. l.;
  • vanilla extract – 1 tsp;
  • yeast-free puff pastry – 300 g.

Preparation:

  1. Mix cottage cheese with egg, sugar and vanilla extract.
  2. Roll out the dough into a layer 3-4 mm thick, cut into 6-8 squares.
  3. Place 1 tbsp on each square. l. curd filling, fold in half and pinch the edges.
  4. Brush the pieces with beaten egg, make cuts in each and place in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15-17 minutes.

The puff pastries with cottage cheese turn out rosy, golden, crispy on the outside, and tender and juicy on the inside, so they melt in your mouth! Great breakfast for a good mood for the whole day!
